Councils and Committees

The councils and committees of our parish are here to assist the pastor in facilitating the best outcome for the parishioners and their needs.

If you think you would be interested in participating in any of these committees, please contact us here and indicate which one you are interested in.

Pastoral Council

This group is a consultative body to assist the pastor in evaluations of parish priorities and strategic planning. They set the goals and objectives for the parish as a whole in concert with the pastor.

They meet monthly on the 1st Thursday of the month from 7:00p.m. – 9:00 p.m.  Usually a three year commitment.

Finance Council

The group assists the parish on all matters pertaining to parish finances by reviewing and recommending policies, practices and procedures.

They make sure that the budget of the parish is balanced and conforms with the goals and objectives set by the pastor and pastoral council.

They meet quarterly on the 4th Friday of the month 7:00pm - 8:00pm.

Stewardship Committee

Any interested parishioner can become a member of this committee.  The goal of stewardship is to assist the pastor and serve our parish to increase the engagement of our parishioners in their giving of Time, Talent, and Treasure.

The Stewardship committee promotes stewardship as a way of life in all areas of the parish by working with other councils, commissions, and staff.

They meet monthly on the last Thursday of the month from 10:30am to 11:30 am.
